QiQi AI Studio L.L.C. (“we”, “us”) operates QiQi Forge at qiqiforge.io, including the Stripe App for invoice export. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website and App.

1. Who we are

QiQi AI Studio L.L.C. is a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact: hello@qiqiforge.io.

2. Information we process

• Stripe account context — Stripe account identifiers (e.g. acct_…) and data needed to list invoices and export PDFs, as authorized by you when you install the App.
• Export jobs — Invoice IDs you select, export status, generated files, and optional notification email addresses.
• Installation metadata — App installation events from Stripe (e.g. install/uninstall) to manage access.
• Website — Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) if you visit this marketing site.

3. How we use information

We use data to provide bulk invoice export, secure downloads, customer support, fraud prevention, and to improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

4. Storage & security

Export files and job metadata are stored on infrastructure we control, with access restricted to authorized systems. OAuth tokens (if used) are encrypted at rest. We retain export files for a limited period, then delete them according to our retention settings.

5. Subprocessors

We rely on Stripe for payment and account data, and on cloud hosting providers for application storage and email delivery. Their policies apply to data they process on their platforms.

6. Your choices

You may uninstall the App from Stripe Dashboard at any time. You may request access or deletion of data we hold by emailing hello@qiqiforge.io.

7. International users

We are based in the United States. If you use the service from other regions, you consent to processing in the U.S. where permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change; material changes may be communicated via the App or email where appropriate.
